JDY Stage 1  Pistons for BMW S58 3.0T M2 M3 M4 G8X

The JDY Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pistons are high-performance upgrades designed specifically for the BMW S58 engine platform. These pistons are engineered to handle extreme power outputs while offering enhanced durability and efficiency for high-performance and racing applications. Available in stock bore size (84mm) with a 9.2:1 compression ratio, they deliver outstanding performance and reliability under the most demanding conditions.

    • Stock Bore Size: 84mm.

    • Material: Billet 2618 alloy for high strength and lightweight performance.
    • Available Options: Stage 2+pistons ( 1800+ HP).

  2. Wrist Pins:

    • Material: H13 super hard alloy.
    • Dimensions: 23mm diameter, 0.225-inch pin wall thickness.

  3. Piston Rings:

    •  equipped with Total Seal piston rings, which are thicker than OEM rings for better sealing, improved oil control, and enhanced resistance to higher combustion pressures.

  4. Groove Re-Design:

    • The piston ring grooves have been re-engineered for better heat management and durability, minimizing the risk of ring flutter and improving overall performance. Optimized groove depth ensures reliable sealing while accounting for thermal expansion under high-stress conditions.

  5. Valve Pocket Design:

    • Custom valve pocket grooves are designed to accommodate Kelford stage 1, 2, and 3 camshafts, allowing for better volumetric efficiency and greater valve lift without interference.
