Refund policy

Due to the nature of performance automotive parts, all sales are considered final unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging in the same condition they were received.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or incompatibility with your vehicle. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all parts are suitable for their specific vehicle and application prior to purchase.

Installation & Fitment

All products supplied by Gridline Custom Motorsports are intended to be installed by a qualified professional.

We do not accept responsibility for any damage, faults, or issues arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer specifications or guidelines.

Any claims relating to product faults may be declined where the product has not been installed correctly or by a qualified professional. Proof of professional installation may be required when assessing warranty or fault claims.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Once assessed and confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns Process

All return requests must be submitted to our team prior to sending any items back.

Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed products
  • Electrical components and tuning-related products
  • Special order or custom-made items
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
