Product Overview

The JDY Performance S58 Low-Pressure Fuel Line Kit is designed to replace the factory nylon low-pressure fuel line, eliminating the long-term risks associated with ethanol-based fuels (E85 and ethanol blends) while improving overall fuel flow. Featuring AN8 high-flow fittings, a PTFE inner hose, and reinforced multi-layer construction, this kit delivers superior chemical resistance, pressure capability, and serviceability.

Key Features

Ethanol-Proof Fuel System Upgrade Replaces OEM nylon fuel line components that are vulnerable to ethanol corrosion, making it fully compatible with E85 and ethanol blends.

AN8 (3/8") High-Flow Quick-Connect System Utilises AN8 / 3/8" specification fittings, providing significantly higher flow capacity compared to common AN6 systems. The quick-connect design allows for easier maintenance and future fuel system upgrades.

Multi-Layer Reinforced Fuel Hose Construction

• Inner Layer: PTFE — extremely chemical-resistant
• Middle Layer: 304 stainless steel braided reinforcement for high pressure and kink resistance
• Outer Layer: Black polyester braid for abrasion protection, vibration damping, and a clean OEM+ appearance

6061-T6 CNC-Machined Aluminium Fittings All connectors are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium alloy for strength, durability, and perfect sealing performance.

Pre-Assembled and Ready to Install Compatible with all major low-pressure fuel pump brands on the market. Based on your selected vehicle model, JDY delivers a ready-to-install solution with no additional fabrication required.
