JDY BMW G82/G83 S58 STG1/2 Low Pressure Fuel Pump

The JDY S58 Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) Upgrade Kit is an integrated, high-flow fuel delivery solution engineered with Walbro Fuel pumps  on the BMW S58 platform. Developed to support higher power and boost levels while maintaining OEM-grade reliability, this system upgraded from the restrictive factory LPFP module with a precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum assembly housing a high-output Walbro 450 (F90000274) or Walbro 525 (F90000285) in-tank fuel pump.

Key Features

1. High-Integration Design

JDY’s LPFP integrates the additional Walbro pump directly within the factory fuel pump module using a CNC-machined billet aluminum fuel rail.
All external lines, fittings, and the fuel pressure regulator are built into this module and connected via  PTFE  hoses with quick-connect fittings — eliminateing leak points, provides easier service, and superior reliability under high load.

2. Reusable Stainless Fuel Filter System

At the bottom of the factory pump lid, features a stainless-steel Micron fuel filter, allowing easy service and reuse — eliminating issue of clogged “non-serviceable” factory filters.
This upgrade extends system life and ensures consistent fuel flow for customers focused on performance and long-term reliability.

3.Stage 3 ready

A dedicated return line port is pre-machined into the housing for enthusiasts planning a returned fuel line setup with external fuel pressure regulator.
The port is pre-plugged for stock configuration, enabling a seamless upgrade later without replacing the entire assembly.

• STG1/2 – Performance capability:
  With the  choice of Walbro F90000274( 450LPH) 850WHP or Walbro F90000285 (525LPH) 950WHP

• Need Pre-assemble? 
  No: Designed for experienced enthusiasts. Reuses the customer’s OEM fuel pump housing. Includes all JDY-specific fittings, lines, tools, and a detailed step-by-step installation guide. Basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, drill) are required.
• Yes :Fully assembled by JDY using a brand-new OEM in tank pump unit and tested before shipping. Simply plug-and-play with OEM connectors — no internal assembly required. 

5. Complete Wiring Integration

Each kit includes a high qulaity hobb switch to ensure correct electrical management and reliable pump operation under varying load conditions.
