EBC RP-1 Brake Pads – Track Day & Sprint Race Performance

EBC RP-1 Brake Pads are a high-performance track day and sprint race brake pad developed by EBC’s motorsport division. Designed for performance cars and track-focused builds, they deliver precise braking control with exceptional pedal modulation under demanding conditions.

Built as a medium torque compound, these track brake pads provide a more progressive braking feel compared to aggressive high-bite pads, making them ideal for drivers who prefer greater control and modulation. With an average friction level of 0.45μ and an operating temperature range of 100°C to 750°C, RP-1 pads perform consistently under sustained high heat. They also feature low pad wear and very low rotor wear, helping to extend component life, while stainless steel backing plates reduce heat transfer into the caliper and braking system.

Best suited for track days and sprint racing, RP-1 is ideal for drivers seeking high control brake pads that allow smooth, precise braking input rather than aggressive initial bite.
