VALVD BMW M4 (F82/F83) Exhaust Valve Controller

Take full control of your BMW M4’s factory exhaust valves with the VALVD Exhaust Valve Controller.

Designed specifically for the BMW F82/F83 M4 platform, the VALVD controller gives you the ability to command the factory electronic exhaust valves 100% open whenever you want, or return control to the vehicle for normal factory operation.

Whether the car is stock or modified, VALVD gives you simple, on-demand control over your exhaust without ECU tuning, cutting, welding or permanent modification. Installation is plug-and-play using the vehicle’s existing factory exhaust valve actuator connection.

Two Modes. Full Control.

OPEN — 100% Open

Press the remote to command the exhaust valves fully open. The valves remain 100% open, whether you’re cold starting, cruising, sitting in traffic or simply want to hear more from the exhaust.

STOCK — Factory Operation

Switch VALVD off and control is returned to the vehicle, allowing the exhaust valves to operate as BMW intended.

Built-In Memory Function

VALVD features a built-in memory function that remembers the controller’s last setting — with no additional setup or activation required.

Turn the vehicle off with the valves open and VALVD remembers that setting. When you come back and start the car again, the controller retains the previous valve setting, so you don’t need to select open mode again every time you start the vehicle.

Plug & Play Installation

VALVD connects directly to the vehicle’s existing electronic exhaust valve actuator system.

There is no cutting, welding, rewiring or ECU tuning required. The controller plugs inline with the factory connection and can be removed to return the vehicle to its original configuration.

Installation can be completed without specialist tuning equipment, although vehicle access may require the car to be raised depending on ride height.

Aftermarket Exhaust Compatibility

VALVD can also work with modified vehicles and compatible aftermarket exhaust systems, provided the required factory electronic valve actuator/connection remains present.

If the aftermarket exhaust has completely removed the applicable factory rear valve arrangement or connector, the controller may not be compatible.
