The JDY Performance G8X Chassis Brace is engineered to address common clearance and noise issues caused by aftermarket exhaust systems, while simultaneously improving overall chassis rigidity and driving stability.

Key Features

6061-T6 Aerospace-Grade Aluminum
Manufactured from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, CNC-machined from a solid billet to achieve an optimal balance between rigidity and weight. The surface is anodized for increased hardness, scratch resistance, and corrosion protection.

Enhanced Exhaust Clearance (+20 mm Depth)
Compared to the OEM brace, the longitudinal profile is deepened by 20 mm, effectively eliminating exhaust contact and vibration issues commonly introduced by modified exhaust systems¡ªwithout reducing ground clearance.
? The lowest point of the brace remains higher than the vehicle¡¯s lowest chassis point, ensuring full drivability.

Lightweight Cut-Out Design
Symmetrical cut-outs remove non-load-bearing material while preserving critical stress paths. This results in maximum weight reduction without sacrificing structural integrity.

Direct Bolt-On Installation
Fully compatible with factory mounting points and OEM bolt specifications.

Improved Chassis Rigidity & Handling Response
