The JDY 82mm Throttle Elbow Kit is a high-performance intake and boost control upgrade engineered specifically for the Audi EA855 2.5TFSI platform. Designed for high-horsepower street and motorsport applications, this advanced throttle elbow kit improves airflow efficiency, turbo response, and boost management while maintaining compatibility with both factory and aftermarket intake setups.

Precision CNC-machined from premium billet aluminum, the JDY Throttle Elbow delivers exceptional strength, durability, and airflow optimization. The component undergoes advanced oxidation and powder coating treatment to provide a smoother surface finish with superior corrosion resistance for long-term reliability in demanding performance environments.

To maximize airflow within the limited engine bay space of the Audi RS3 and TTRS platform, JDY has engineered the throttle elbow with an enlarged 82mm outer diameter throttle opening and a 76mm outer diameter inlet pipe. The included 82mm silicone coupler helps maintain smooth airflow transitions while reducing restriction under high boost conditions.

Designed to support advanced performance applications, the throttle elbow includes three integrated 1/8 NPT injection ports, making it ideal for water-methanol injection (WMI), nitrous setups, or additional boost-related accessories.

The kit also includes a genuine Precision Turbo Engine 50mm blow-off valve (BOV), offering excellent boost control and vacuum response in a compact high-performance design. The adjustable BOV spring allows tuning based on engine vacuum pressure at idle, ensuring proper operation across a wide range of build configurations.

To maintain broad compatibility, the intercooler-side silicone connection has been enlarged to 76mm while the opposite side remains at 70mm, allowing fitment with most factory and aftermarket intercooler systems.

For factory intake manifold applications, JDY includes an additional flange positioned between the intake manifold and throttle elbow with a preserved vacuum source for simplified installation. Stainless steel hardware is also included. For aftermarket intake manifold setups, the additional flange is not required, and dedicated stainless mounting hardware is supplied accordingly.

Due to the relocated boost sensor position, the kit also includes an extended sensor wiring harness for seamless installation.
