Compared with OE, do88 states:

- 50% greater active cooling area
- Approximately 42% greater oil capacity
- Increased oil volume from approximately 0.6 L to 0.85 L
This additional capacity helps improve heat dissipation during repeated high-load operation.
Dual-Pass Cooling Design
The do88 Transmission Cooler uses a dual-pass internal flow configuration, keeping transmission fluid within the cooler for a longer period before returning through the system.
This increases the fluid’s contact with the cooling surface and improves the cooler’s ability to reject heat under demanding conditions.
Harmonica Tube Core Design
The upgraded core incorporates harmonica-style tubes with internal channels, increasing internal surface area and promoting more effective heat transfer.
This design allows the cooler to deliver greater cooling performance while maintaining similar oil pressure characteristics to the factory system.
